Our client aims to sell products based on hemp seeds, but faces the challenge of overcoming the stigma associated with hemp due to its hallucinogenic content. The client is committed to highlighting the numerous health benefits of hemp seeds and showcasing how these products are crafted by tribal women, empowering them through fair trade practices. The focus is on educating consumers about the positive impact of hemp seeds and the social benefits of supporting these communities.
Goal
Our goal was to promote and establish a positive brand image for hemp seed-based products by educating consumers about the health benefits of hemp seeds and addressing the associated stigma. Highlight the empowerment of tribal women involved in the production process, emphasizing fair trade practices and social impact, to build a reputable and socially responsible brand
Result
We successfully launched a hemp seed-based product line that effectively overcame stigma and highlighted the health benefits of hemp seeds. By creating a humorous and engaging hemp seed mascot and incorporating design elements that emphasized the product's benefits, we captured consumer interest and fostered a positive brand image. Additionally, the integration of cart recommendations and abandoned cart optimization strategies led to a significant increase in average order value. These efforts not only educated consumers but also boosted sales and enhanced overall customer engagement.
